Dear artist, if you want to be one of our vendors and sell album cover art, you should carefully read this agreement. Remember that if you send you request to become a vendor, it is considered that you completely agree with these terms.

Section I – Registration

1. By registration you completely agree with our terms of service.
2. You should provide us a real and valid email for further contact. Therefore, your application will be denied.

Section II – Payments and Commissions

1.  All payments will be done in approximately 3 working days.
2.  The vendor is responsible for sending the required file (mentioned in CALMANUAL file). Payments will be done only after completing the order.
3.  If the vendor fails to fulfill the requirements in any form (adding the required text, etc.), it’s not possible to get any money from the sale.
4.  All the payments will be done by PayPal, so make sure you have a valid PayPal account.
5. Coverartland commission is 30%, hence you, as a vendor, will get 70% of the sale. If you want us to send file to the buyer, you should upload a 3000*3000 PNG file on our servers. This file must have no text on it and must be blank. You can see how to upload a file on Coverartland by reading the CALMANUAL file.
   If you choose us to do the final editing (adding the texts and making changes on buyer’s demand) the commission will be increased to 40%. Therefore, the designer gets 60% of the sale.
6. In case of any discount coupon issued by the designer, the commission will be calculated by final price, not the original price.

Section III – Products

1.  All the deigns should have a name on the image file. So, the buyer can see how it will appear on the design. You can check out our All Products page for more details.
2.  All the designs should be in 1000*1000 JPEG form. The maximum file size for upload is 1MB. For more information please read CALMANUAL file.
3.  Designer should use right tags for each design on upload panel.
4.  The price of each design and amount of discount is on the designer.
5.  The designer should at least enter one image of the products. If the design comes in several color, the image of all colors should be uploaded.
